Outdoor Cooking Fire ideas from The Camp Fire Girls Outdoor Book

We picked up a vintage Camp Fire Girls book from the 1930s and I am having a blast reading it.  It has so many useful ideas that are still relevant today.  The book is full of great illustrations to go along with the text.

I thought the ideas for cooking campfires were especially useful and I hope to try out a few along with some of the easy recipes for campfire cooking.   I love expanding my skill set and trying new things especially when it comes to spending time outdoors.
