Shipping policy

Please allow 3 to 5 days for your order to be shipped unless it is made to order or a custom request (shipping times vary).  We personally love to get our orders quickly so we make every effort to ship as quickly as we can so you receive your awesome new gear quickly.  

We ship our packages with the USPS.  We make every effort to securely package your items for safe travel.  Once your item has been accepted by the USPS or any other mail carrier we can longer be held responsible for the packages that are damaged or misplaced while in the possession of the mail carrier.

International Orders

We may use UPS or USPS to ship international orders

We ship out as soon as possible.  Although the time of arrival varies for each location and most of the time it shows up in a timely manner but sometimes it can take months to arrive. Once your item has been accepted by the mail carrier we can longer be held responsible for the packages that are damaged or misplaced while in the possession of the mail carrier.  We have zero control of what happens after we have given the package over to the mail carrier.  

Please be aware that there can be additional import taxes and fees associated with your order that we do not collect.  Each country has different charges to import products from the U.S and you are responsible for the added fees and they are not included with our pricing.  We only charge you the cost of shipping and no additional fees or taxes are collected by us for international orders.

 For example, the UK charges a VAT fee and Duty fee that can be around an additional 30% or more which they will charge you to receive your order.   Please inquire locally before ordering to learn what additional charges you may have for orders coming from the United States.
